Our client is currently looking for and interviewing for a Regional Director of Operations for the California region. Our client is one of the premier skilled nursing home companies on the west coast with multi-state facilities.

Regional Director of Operations

As Regional Director of Operations, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned job duties. You are responsible for ensuring overall operations of skilled nursing facilities in Northern California to ensure that they perform and meet regulatory requirements, policies and procedures of the company, financial goals established and maintained by monitoring performance of key facility management personnel and providing feedback, development, direction and resources to ensure successful outcomes. This job description does not list all the duties of the job and you may be asked by supervisors or managers to perform other duties.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree. Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator or eligible for licensure by the state in which the health centers are located.
Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible management and staff development experience in long-term care. At least 2 years experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff. Possess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
