In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
As an office manager your responsibilities will include payroll, paying invoices, maintaining office equipment, and possibly assist with new hiring.
You will also be a receptionist and will need to welcome patients, check out patient treatment plans, file claims, and maintain a full schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures Maintain office equipment in good working order Pay and record invoices Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers Accurately maintain general office budget Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures Understanding of the Dental Industry Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
