You will work with our team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
This includes a variety of tasks including handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, assisting with scheduling and redirection of staff, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
To be selected as a candidate, you must demonstrate an ability to communicate and write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications/technology.
A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES Managing multiple schedules for clients and infant teachers Confirming appointments Handling incoming calls and other communications Managing filing system Maintaining and organizing records Recording information Greeting clients and visitors Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing Helping organize and maintain office common areas Coordinating events Maintaining supply and equipment inventory Maintaining office equipment as needed Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases Aiding clinical/management staff as needed Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or associate's degree Experience as a scheduler, office assistant, or in a related field Bilingual in Spanish Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary Warm personality with strong communication skills Excellent conflict resolution skills Ability to accept and incorporate feedback (i.

, a growth mindset) Ability to work well under limited supervision Ability to work well under pressure Ability to manage project deadlines Great communication skills Have a valid driver's license This is a part-time position with the possibility of promotion to full-time (TBD) Training will occur at various times during regular business hours This position is to cover evenings up to close of business Job Type:
