As our unprecedented growth continues, we are seeking applications for Destination Specialists in both our retail & wholesale space, serving either the end traveler or the travel agent.
At all times our will receive pre-qualified leads so you never have to cold call.
You will support your client in creating their dream voyage, from trip design right through to travel! You will liaise with hotels, tour operators and airlines.
Your love of travel, superior organizational skills, and your desire to provide an exceptional customer experience is what ensures your success in this role! At Goway we create lifelong customers - perhaps it's time for you to join the family.

Day to day:
Achieve sales targets by drawing on your proven performance to convert enquiries into bookings, utilizing effective qualifying, follow up, and quote management processes Ensure all reservations are processed with careful attention to detail, maintaining administrative tasks including documents, managing schedule changes, and processing airline tickets Uphold Goway Travel's exceptional standard of service throughout all interactions such as email, telephone, and online chat Develop long-lasting connections with your customers, creating referrals and repeat business Be a true ambassador for Goway Travel and represent values at all times Utilize preferred vendors to provide best costs to customers and to maximize profits Why you? You have demonstrated a minimum of two years success in travel sales You love to travel and have travelled internationally beyond North America and the Caribbean Your drive for success shines through in your performance You have the attitude and tools necessary to accomplish tasks proactively and are motivated by goals and sales targets You thrive in a fast-paced environment You are adept at tailoring products to people's specific needs and are rewarded by delighting your customer You are organized, have excellent time management skills, and are able to multi-task and manage competing priorities and multiple bookings in tandem You are always hungry to learn more about the job and destinations you sell Solid destination knowledge of one or more of the Goway destinations - Africa, Asia, South Pacific, Central & South America, US & Canada, UK and Europe Advanced GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus You are highly entrepreneurial Love being part of an amazing team, and growing your career!
