We are currently recruiting new professional talent to our growing team, including an Accounts Payable Specialist in our La Quinta, Ca office.
Summary:
Manage accounts payable using software and other programs Handle account payable for separate entities and vendors Analyze workflow processes Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures Process due invoices for payments Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, record entries, and reconcile vendor accounts.

Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting is desirable or related experience 3 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced construction environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books accounting software Excellent communication with Customers, Vendors, and employees and interpersonal skills Job Type:
