TQLAS TQLAS La Quinta, CA La Quinta, CA Full-time Full-time $16 an hour $16 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Duties - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction - Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations - Upsell menu items and promote specials - Prepare bills and process payments using Clover POS system - Clear tables and clean dining area as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Requirements - Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques - Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
