We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage the seating chart - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations - Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Assist servers and bussers as needed - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Proficiency in using Clover POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus - Proficiency in using OpenTable is a plus Join our team today and be part of a dynamic and welcoming environment.
