00 Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant assists in the daily operations of the Administrative office functions:
handles appointments and communications coordinates a wide variety of reports and mailings may participate in Sales department activity sets up meetings and takes minutes of meetings has contact with clients and other hotel professionals and VIP's This opportunity demands exceptional organizational skills and computer expertise including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of the Delphi sales management system.
