Qualifications:
Working knowledge of California Real Estate, licensed candidates preferred.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using the Skyslope Platform.
Familiarity with MLS data input and search processes.
Flexible availability to adapt to the demands of the real estate industry.
Quick and responsive communication skills via text, phone, and email.
Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone.
Familiarity with Coachella Valley city locations.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Knowledge of Canva design software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assist with real estate transactions and paperwork using Skyslope.
Effectively manage MLS data input and conduct searches as needed.
Provide excellent customer service through quick and responsive communication.
Conduct phone calls with clients and other lifestyle agents.
Independently manage tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Utilize Canva for design tasks related to marketing materials.
