In collaboration with department Directors and CFO, the Care Coordination and Utilization Review Director will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate nursing service in designated patient care areas in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines, regulations and standards.
Directed by the Chief Financial Officer CFO, the Director of Care Management and Social Work will assure the quality of patient care for specific patient groups.
The Director of Case Management and Social Services will be responsible for staffing, project planning/development, facilities planning, budget preparation, regulatory compliance, equipment selection and maintenance, supply ordering, and contract negotiation with vendors.
The Care Coordination and Social Work Executive Director is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, development, training and discipline.
