The property is located in La Quinta and is a smoke-free community.
Property amenities include a sparkling pool and spa with a poolside veranda, barbecue and lounge areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, business center, clubhouse with billiards and kitchen (available for rent), a serene water fountain with dinning and barbecue, lush landscaping and grounds including a beautiful orchard, monthly resident activities with food and fun.
Essential Functions:
Prospect tours and gust card follow-up, process rental applications Advertise vacant units Enforcement of policies Participate in planning and hosting monthly resident activities Coordinate maintenance service requests Frequently communicate with and update team members on property needs and goals Prioritize exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation and profitability Complete lease paperwork to ensure completion to company standards Maintain a positive living environment for community residents Work as a team with manager to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met Property walk-through and inspections of amenities, vacant units and parking areas
Qualifications:
1 year of property management experience High school diploma or equivalent required Teamwork
